Banfield Pet Hospital

I will never use their services. They are expensive as I was trying to get my dog neutered they quoted 350 whereas at another nonprofit veterinarian I only paid 75. I signed up for wellness plan for a year they auto renewed and they sent my info to collections for 600$ whereas they charge only 450 for new customers. This is my experience with them and never going back to this place ever in my life. An FYI I reached out to their corporate office twice and they didnt even care for what happened other than asking I signed to renew which I didnt. 2/7/24 - replied to Banafield. Will update this thread if its fixed. 2/14/24 There is no response or communication till date. Wonderful service. If this happened to me it can happen to you or anyone dont wait till you get scammed. 2/21/24: Never received any response and tried calling now at their Corp number agent showed no interest in settlement and still asking more than what it cost so please my recommendation never ever visit this hospital. Unless you dont care about the Corp service. 4/5/2024 I tried contacting your corporate and they made me pay full wellness plan payment and deactivated the plan. I dont think there is any benefit talking to your corporate.

They only care about numbers and selling optimum wellness plans instead of the animals. Go to your locally owned vet clinic instead.

This company is terrible. The only thing they care about is money and do not have an ounce of morality. Unfortunately, the same can be said for some of the doctors and workers here. The people working at the counter have no self-respect to be working for such a disgraceful company and are rude. One of the doctors was aggressive and looked really angry/impatient when talking with her. You should not bring your pet anywhere near this hospital. I'm sure some of the doctors are great, but that does not excuse the company being so bad.
