I dont know who the driver is for the 70815 delivery area. But for the last three deliveries they have delivered my package to the wrong address. Whoever this person is please read the package address and look at the house numbers. Its not hard. Not only is this an inconvenience to me. But your negligent is putting others people in danger of violence and conflict because you failed to do your job properly.

They do not care about customer service at all and lies about deliveries. At 739 this morning I got the notification my package would be delivered during the window of 1015-2pm. I arrived to my BUSINESS, this was a BUSINESS DELIVERY, specified and paid for, at 10. At 3pm I checked the notifications, no more delivery window, just end of day. 430 I callinformed station cant be reached, but it will be delivered by END OF DAY, 8pm. I informed that is not what I was showed, I was told the delivery window is not a guaranteebasically it means nothing. But ASSURED my package would be delivered today. 530 I get the notification we tried to deliver at 527being here since 10am I can confirm NO truck came through. No door tag left. I call againNOW station can be reached, but driver cant make delivery because they tried and I was unavailable. I explain all I am saying now, confirm why I know no delivery attempt was madeand I am informed maybe tomorrow. Whole day wasted, lies told all day, and a company that does not care about its customers, small businesses, or the services they lie about providing
