        Wait time way too long. Call you too much to confirm the trip, several times in 1 day. Horrible transportation, you do better getting lyft or uber.

        Air-conditioning DID NOT WORK ON THE VAN!!! I'm in Baton Rouge La. It's been getting over 100 here! Miserable ride. I ride 3 times a week and it takes about 1hr.!!!
