U-Haul Trailer Hitches

My trailer hitch did not get installed. I showed up for my appointment they said couldn't install because their system was down nationwide. They did not try to give me another appointment or contact me since this happened 9 days ago on 5/24/23. The manager walked in with attitude and didn't try to help or re-schedule me either they just didn't care.

Kept me on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called back, they answered and I wasn't put on hold again. So they either forgot I was on hold or they didn't feel like talking to me. I spoke to the guy on the line about getting a tow package installed in my car, and he said they didn't have the lights. I told him I have lights in my car already. He said "No the trailer needs lights". I said "I thought your trailers already had lights on them if I towed one." This dude was talking about the wiring harness that connects the trailer lights to the car. Jesus.
