Very nice and understanding people , car got towed by state police and they close at 5 so they stayed until I was able to arrive while being in traffic and at the DMV for a few minutes but was able to make it within the timeframe.. They gave great advice and helped get my car back the same day

I can not begin to express how angry this company has made me. I called my roadside assistance To have my Lexus transported to the dealership and this company was contacted. I requested a flat bed for my car not to be pulled. When the guy arrived he struggled with moving my car because he realized something on this tow truck was broken. So he called his boss and had to leave to get the truck fixed and said hed be back. This was frustrating since i had canceled clients but I try to be understanding and easy going a life happens and at least I was in the comfort of my own home. When he arrived, approximately 3 hours later (my entire day wasted) he arrived with a car on the flat bed. When I saw that I was so perplexed, then I realized he planned to pull my car. I said no thank you, and I canceled them. I called my road side assistance and told them to cancel and asked for my refund to my credit card. My road side assistance company obliged. Then the following day I was notified that my money would not be refunded because it was reported that the car was gone. I was like that is a lie!!! How can they get away with lying on me?! How can thy do a poor job, take my money, and then lie that I moved my car?! Anyway, please do not use. I am beyond annoyed. Life happens, had the company rectified it or simply let me get my money back, this wouldnt be a problem, but to do such a terrible Job AND lie, and keep my money is beyond me.

Traveling to Baton Rouge La on 2/26/24 my truck loss power on interstate, called our insurance company to get towed this was at 1230 p.m after getting dispatched to regional towing sat there with my son and a text saying eta 2hours well after sitting 3hours I called Regional directly woman on dispatch replied he's on a call your next up so we wautrd again anotger20 minutes onlyvti grt a text that Regional towing canceled our pickup, ,I got a call my insurance company found another tow company so I left my truck as I got a ride we got a call from Regional towing asking what color- car was my Honda I said excuse me I don't own a Honda and you canceled my pickup so I used another towing company after I sat there on interstate hours with my son, Now I had sat there until 547pm with my son . This is for most the most unprofessional company I ever have heard of vary rude customer service skills on phone and cancel no reason why . Never will use or recommend to anyone .

Disappointing Experience with Regional Towing I recently had an unfortunate encounter with Regional Towing, and I feel compelled to share my experience. The driver exhibited unprofessional behavior, displaying disrespect and aggression attempting to fight a female while her children were present as well as making threats with a gun to a customer. The encounter left me with a strong sense that the company's drivers lack the professionalism one would expect in the towing industry. Their disrespectful attitude and aggressive demeanor were not only unprofessional but also concerning for the safety of customers. Furthermore, learning about an incident where the owner was shot by a customer raises serious questions about the overall management and security measures in place at Regional Towing. This incident has left me with extreme reservations about supporting a company that appears to have significant issues with both its staff and management teams. I would caution others to be aware of these concerns before considering Regional Towing for their towing needs. It's crucial for businesses to prioritize professionalism and customer safety, and unfortunately, my experience with this company has cast major doubt on their ability to do so. I urge you to reconsider using this company Regional - Your previous response further supports my concerns about your unprofessionalism. Adding my name doesn't impact me, and I'll gladly advise others not to engage with your unprofessional business. During my first call, the driver seemed lost, so I guided him to the car. The second call was triggered by the driver's aggressive behavior, where I had to intervene to protect a mother of two from verbal threats. Stop acting as a child would in a dispute against siblings and take accountability for your actions and your drivers actions. Anything further you can definitely contact the BBB
