Salvation Army Family Store and Donation Center

Very clean store very nice people working there. Prices are very reasonable too.

I am writing my review based on the donation process for this store. Do not call the number on the billboard as it is not the number to the Coursey store. It calls the number to the Airline store. I am giving two stars since the person who answered the call was rude and offered no assistance other than call the other store, the fact that the store had the wrong phone number displayed, and no one came to help me unload my donations. No one answered the phone when I called either. Will not be donating to this store again.

This place is horrible the black lady who thinks she owns Salvation Army is ridiculous ! How you have a disrespectful person answering the phone working with at the cash register she doesnt have any customer service experience at All .

When they re-did the store last year it was great. Well-stocked and great prices. Now there isnt much to choose from and they have gone the way of Goodwill with their pricing. This one is no longer on my list of stops.
