Absolutely ridiculed by the way things are at the Baton Rouge Robert Half. It took me so many attempts to get through the Recruiting manager to just get my profile active, she dint even know who she was talking to and she said she would get the job done. Never replies to the email, but just once to say they dont have any opportunities currently and dint even bother to listen more about it. I tried reaching out to Robert Halfs at PA, CT etc and was surprised by their willingness to help me. They asked me why wouldn't I reach out to the ones at Baton Rouge and obviously I told them they were not interested in their jobs. Finally a job opening in Baton Rouge and I reached out to the Recruiting manager on LinkedIn about the position professionally, can you believe it she blocked me there, and for what reason? You really need a better person for the job Robert Half! This is really unprofessional and upsetting.

Had a fantastic experience working with the recruiting manager. She listened intently to the criteria I had for my next career opportunity. She communicated with me only about positions that fell within my criteria which was appreciated. She was patient and encouraging throughout the process. I am quite pleased with my new career opportunity as well as the customer service and support provided after I began working with my new employer.I definitely recommend Robert Half!

They have one recruiter working whom never answers the phone. You get no where with this company, they will either offer you a job that you are over qualified for or something opposite of what you're looking for or simply never contact you again. Total waste

I spoke with one recruiter from Robert Half about a month ago, telling him I was looking for opportunities in Software Development, being currently in the industry and looking to move to a new growth opportunity in the field. Since then I've had two recruiters contact me with job listings for customer service call centers as well as a massive pay cut in the listing. I've replied to both requesting to be taken out of their system if their recruiters can't even be bothered to listen to the talent they recruit. Go with any other company.
