        Got an estimate from Scott with HUDCO to repair a roof leak around the vent pipes of our tankless water heater on a Friday. He followed up with a text on Sunday, and I gave him the approval to do the repair. Scott told me that they would be able to repair our roof later in the week. However, Monday morning I get a call from Scott saying that he can have someone come out on Monday morning. I was out of town, but my wife was home so I told him please get it done. They did the repair and sent pictures of the different stages of the repair to me. It looked great. However, one of the vent pipes wasnt put back in the tankless water heater all the way. My wife calls me at 4:00pm to let me know she had no hot water. Since I was out of town, I called Scott to let him know. Scott said he would take care of it. He drove from his home in Prairieville to my home in Lafayette, and fixed the issue. By 6:00pm my wife had hot water. I cant say enough of what this means to me and my wife. HUDCO repaired my roof and when they made a little mistake, Scott made it right not the next day at his convenience but right when he got the call. He took time away from his family to make sure my wife had hot water. I cant say enough of what this means to me. It tells you whats kind of company HUDCO is. They stand behind their work. I highly recommend Scott and the HUDCO team. Thanks Sciott and the HUDCO team!!!

        I contacted Hudco yesterday morning about a potential leak that I had & within an hour their rep (Scott B) called me & scheduled a visit to my house for his inspection. After his inspection found a pinhole leak that I personally would have never found & then had his technician scheduled to come make the repair yesterday afternoon. So, extremely responsive & awesome customer service, quality work & price & would highly recommend Hudco for anyone needing roofing work!!!!
