If there was an option to give no stars I would. This is not my first time going and having fun at Top Golf all my experiences have been great except for yesterday. My children have been wanting to go for some time so a friend of mine and myself decided we were going to take our children. My party was a party of 8 just myself my friend and 6 children. When we arrived we had to wait like 15 minutes for a pod which is not an issue at all we have waited longer other places. The issue we had was when we arrived to our booth we were not greeted at all. We did not know who our server was at all. We played a whole hour and still noone came to ask us if we needed anything. I wanted to order some snacks for myself and the children but noone asked us anything. I would say maybe 25 minutes into our play time a group of guys that looked like they had money to spend was in the pod next to ours they immediately received help we still received no assistance at all. Finally when the children had like 7 minutes left to play a server came and asked is everything okay?, are yall doing okay? I kind of gave her a side eye and was like yes we are fine. I had plans on spending a ton of money on snacks, drinks, and leaving a nice tip (which i always do anywhere i go if the service is great) but this experience was just not good at all. I will not be coming for some time and will share this experience with others as well. Thank you
