She was my therapist throughout high school and even a therapist to my father. While I havent seen her in years, all the things she has taught me in the time I saw her have really improved my anxiety as I got older and more familiar with how to take care of myself. I used to have panic attacks multiple times a day but now years later its not even every 6-8 months and Im able to manage them and calm myself down. I wish I could afford to see her on my own nowadays, theres a lot I wasnt able to get through, but shes very sweet and soft spoken and very observant. I brag about her to this day because all the other therapists Ive encountered seemed like they werent as passionate about their job. I hope shes doing well
