        I had spine surgery a few years ago and my physical therapist emphasized the importance of certain stretches and remaining flexible to prevent future spine injuries. I began going to MOVE fitness to help with this and after many months i've come to learn it helps me with so much more, and it's just a relaxing and healing experience. I would recommend MOVE fitness to anyone.

        Melissa has been my personal trainer for about a year and a half now. I've never felt better. I've tried marathon training, cycling, and P90X. All of those methods work to an extent, but it wasn't until we had an FST session that I really understood my strengths and weaknesses. She's the best. Do this.
