      image Terrible customer service. $60+ down the drain because their "carriers" lost my package. Yet I'm supposed to reorder spending $60+ for something I might not receive AGAIN? Nope. Went with Oriental Trading this time. They gave me $10 off AND free shipping. Never again, Party City.
