        I came in half knowing what I needed for a project. Rob from the Jefferson location helped me make sure I had everything I would need to do the job right. Sure I may have been able to research it myself, but his know how saved me loads of time that I was able to devote to the job. I do appreciate when the staff is knowledgeable.

        Sherwin-Williams is the best paint and paint supply store around. Employees are always helpful & friendly. Been using the Sherwood store on Florist Blvd for over 20 years!

        Really nice and knowledgeable guys. I didn't realize SW owns Minwax until I had a problem with a different retailer that forced me to contact Minwax to resolve the issue (and they did). I followed Minwax's suggestion and took a trip to SW instead of returning to the other retailer. It was so much a better experience, like night and day.

        I went to pick up an order today, Im an old person, I used to purchase paint at this store. The seller ANA is completely lacking in courtesy and kindness she gave 4 gallons of paint in my hand while the was waiting with the hand truck to help me with my heavy box. She told me that I cant have this service because this is only for 5 gallons buckets. ANA needs customer service training, although kindness is learned at home
