It seems nothing we purchase these days has any type of warranty. I purchased a pair of glasses that cost over $800 only to have one of the lenses fallout while riding my bike. Of course, I was not able to find the lens. Called Target, and they said I had to purchase a new lens because I did not purchase an additional protection plan. And of course, my vision insurance nor my HSA would pay for the additional protection plan. I'm really not sure who is more the culpable, Oakley for creating a less than durable product and not standing behind their craftsmanship or Target for selling products that require the purchase of a service plan to have any type of warranty. By the way, the glasses are frameless, Aviator style. The thing that looks like a frame is a piece of plastic used to hold the lens in place.

I visited the optometrist for my eye exam at another Target Optical location, and while the experience was adequate, it was far from exceptional. Unfortunately, my impression soured when I learned of their decision to cease emailing prescriptions to patients after relocating to another store. This change inconveniences many, including myself, who rely on this service. Additionally, their lack of responsiveness to voicemails, as evidenced by my own ignored message, reflects poorly on their customer service. Overall, a disappointing experience that leaves much to be desired. I did speak with one person today who informed me they would talk to the doctor & return my call tomorrow; however, based on prior unreturned calls I am not hopeful. Hoping my experience is turned around & I can provide a positive update on this review soon.

I drive over 40 minutes out of my way to go to this location, even though there is one closer. The man that I believe to be the manager is always incredibly friendly and helpful.
