        Sierra and Elizabeth helped me select the right office chair for my needs. Even though I am just a one-person buyer (not buying office equipment for a big team), they provided excellent service throughout the buying process, including an in-person demo at their office where I got to sit on about a dozen chairs, and two loaner chairs to bring home with me - the Steelcase Leap v2 and Gesture - for a two week trial of each to see if they were the right fit. I wound up choosing the Gesture with headrest, and I feel like this chair will help eliminate the shoulder/back pain I was getting with my previous Herman Miller Embody chair that I just couldn't get to fit me right even after a year of trying.
