DO NOT patronize this facility! I experienced the worst service at this salon. I called in advance to ensure it was a proper time to be serviced. When I arrived, there were limited techs and due to the influx of customers, my pedicure was rushed, my nails were unevenly filed, and overall lackluster. Skip this salon. This is THE WORST nail salon in Baton Rouge. I have never been treated this poorly at a nail salon, even in general really! The lady was extremely ugly with her attitude, didnt want to be there clearly, flipped out over a simple request to change colors very early on in the painting process, went on and on and on about how mad she was that I just asked for a different polish color. The owner even hanging up on yelling at me. And truly, this is coming from someone who knows how a lot of high maintenance customers can be, so being of aware of my delivery and how I come across to NOT be that way is something Im highly in tuned to, as I am an esthetician. Im in the same world essentially as the nail techs. So again, I was very aware of my tone and how I asked politely and even apologized.. (when I really shouldnt) in asking of another color. She painted maybe 2 nails and the polish was clearly old and of poor quality. I will never be back to this place. I felt like I was in the twilight zone in how bad they treated me.
