Used to love ZAZAidk whats happened lately, but heres my latest experience. And this is more of a PSA: I reserved 3 pedis (no manis) While picking out a color for toes I was informed they DO NOT use gel on toes, only hands. I inquired as to why & the owner (Im assuming) told me I didnt need it. I said, uhm, yes maam I do. I wore closed toe shoes & I didnt want to risk messing up my toe polish. She said that they have a drying station & that it would be finenews flash, it was NOT fine. I sat at drying station for at least another 10 min, proceed to put shoes on, only to find out, once I got back in car, that my polish was destroyedapparently not dry. My other two friends decided to wear their pedi flops outside. I did not ask for a re polish, as I didnt have time, I shouldve just asked for them to remove the messed up polishbut I didnt. Kicker: Once I received my bill, there was a $10 up charge fee for gel removal (YIKES) Long story short, I went back to my hometown nail salon and paid an additional $20 to have a proper gel polish for my toes. What an expensive lesson learned. ZAZA $60 for a messed up basic pedi. Take it for what its worth
