She met me in the storm and rain to show me property that I was interested in purchasing. She was always on time to every showing, and each experience was pleasant and heart felt! By that I mean even if had to walk away from property that I really wanted because it may have had a pending contract, or there may have been unseen blemishes or circumstances, Mrs. Florenc always offered me positive feedback! She would say, "Don't worry we'll find you something! We'll keep looking because there is something out here just for you!" When I felt like giving up she reassured me that I could do this, and encouraged me to go on! She continued to assist me until I found the home of my dreams! Both Kendra and Roslyn destroyed the American dream of buying a home. The lies,lies, and more lies. Holding documents, concealeding important information that was not revealed until after closing. The home was not cleaned until we refused to close. The yard was a hot mess. Roslyn told me I couldn't speak during closing only to find out that was a lie. They both took advantage of me being a 1st buyer. Roslyn lied and said the appliances all was under warranty...ANOTHER LIE... She even lied and say she would get me out my 18 m lease without OWING ANYTHING! THAT WAS A LIE! THE LEASING AGENCY SAID SHE NEVER SPOKE WITH THEM. AFTER she called me and asked for managers name and address. We did not get the house painted as promised. No we are stuck. Wi even filed a complaint against Kendra and Roslyn Butler and won. Now I'm filing in court. Just to find out another man filed against the Novak Co with many of the same issues and he won! Kendra is not professional nor Roslyn Butler . They wouldn't return any calls. The closing agency gave us details and needed information. 3 weeks later, when she finally answered, Kendra began to speak and yell at me. Lied and said she was not calling or sending Roslyn Butler out to meet us because they both were afraid of me. What? No maam I would not buy a dog house. From this co. I wish I could give them a 0 ...important information. The family we purchased the home.from told us they lost 60k ..yes LOST $60,000.00 because of Kendra and her being unprofessional...he basically was trying to sell his own home bc his job had already started in TX. Oh, the monies that I have had to put in this home because of the lies from Roslyn Butler and Kendra... Kendra blamed Roslyn and Roslyn blamed Kendra and even tried to do a small applogy...but the damage is done... Kendra gives classes to Realtor s and I bet she's teaching them unlawful techniques just to take advantage of people. A very costly nightmare! I am happy for the ones that did have a good experience but for me a costly nightmare!! This is why am posting this...I thought let me support my BLACK people and women too..BIG MISTAKE...HUGE MISTAKE...COSTLY MISTAKE!!!!

Not only does she deliver exceptional service, she is passionate & meticulous about timely communication with her client and updating them on options, status and next steps.
