Good enough food, but the service here is consistently terrible. The line is always long due to the staffs laissez faire attitude toward moving people through the line. They routinely stop serving people to refill the food bar area (despite it not really needing it), take time to stop and chit chat with each other, and just generally appear to have no desire to move with any speed. Weve eaten here many times over the past six months, and it does not seem to matter who the staff is that is working, the climate/culture of the staff is always the sameslow and inconvenienced that they have to work, so perhaps this is just the business model of the owner/manager. If you value your time at all, go to a different location!

This was my first time eating at CAVA, I didnt know what to order and DEE took great care of me! Not only that the food was delicious! Great food and great customer service, Ill most definitely be a returning customer! DEE deserves a raise!

Vani was super friendly and was willing to help me out. The environment in the store is super welcoming and the staff is super helpful with navigating the menu.
