I recently needed to sell a lovely piece of land in Brusly, LA. As life goes, my plans changed and would no longer include building a home there. Leanne LaPlace Evans was wonderful to work with! She handled (guided me through) each step with dedication, as if it were her own property being sold: market-pricing and listing the lot, kind words when Id worry a buyer may not come, to negotiating offers and taking her time to explain the process AND answering all of my questions.
