I was having trouble with the app and online ordering for a group of 20 and called the store for assistance. I spoke with LaToya and told her I just needed an assortment of sandwiches ASAP. I was in a pinch and told her I needed to pick it all up in 45 minutes and she made it happen for me and the order was perfect. Everyone was happy and the food was delicious, I will definitely be coming back and hopefully I get to thank her again.

I'll have to say that I have been here on numerous occasions. The wait is not preferred, but a 10 minute wait is usually worth it for the sandwich I receive. On my latest visit I learned something that really rubbed me the wrong way. After I paid for my meal, the sweet lady who checked me out, informed me that if you tip via card (the machine asks for a tip before you can get your receipt) that it does not actually find its way into the servers pocket. This really made me look at the management in a different way.

How hard is it to put the damn au jus in the order for a French dip? It's in the name. And y'all sure charged the $16 for it. Not to mention, when y'all first opened, we ordered online, and the staff decided to close early, and we never got our money back. Oh, and come to find out the 2nd Mac and cheese wasn't in the order either.
Let's add that we tried this again, and they can't put salad dressing for the salad in the bag. This place can't get there act together.
