As first time home buyers and out of state investors, we knew it was important to find a real estate professional that would patiently walk us through the process and be our advocate. Michael is exactly that! He was so great to work with and we felt very comfortable throughout the home buying process. He was never pushy and was honest about whether or not things were a good deal. Michael is a great communicator and goes above and beyond to help in any way he can even after the closing. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell real estate!

I had first met Michael at an open house. As a young first time home buyer I did not know much about the home buying process and only knew that I wanted something that I could turn around and rent out if I ever decided to. Michael was extremely helpful and took me under his wing. Throughout the process Michael was very patient, knowledgeable, and I never found him to be pushy. Anytime I wanted to go see a house I was interested in, Michael was always a text away. Prior to having my offer accepted, Michael had showed me at least three different houses. When we initially found the house that I now live in, it had been on the market all but a few hours. This was also at the point where houses were not staying on the market long at all. I had texted michael at 6:50am (not knowing at the time that it was his birthday) asking him to put an offer in, and at 7:40am Michael had delivered the offer to the agent! At 12:50pm Michael had texted me that they were going to accept the offer. Had I used any other realtor I may not live in the house I do today. That is only one of the many reasons why I will recommend all my friends and family to Michael. If you are looking for a realtor you can trust, look no further than Michael Platte!

Michael Platte assisted us with purchasing our first home. I picture many real estate agents as nonethical fast talkers, but this was quite the opposite of Michael. He is a down to earth, wholesome family man. All the nerves and questions we had were settled. If he didnt know the answer, he told us he didnt know and found out from his team. Michael also knows the legal aspect of purchasing a house and has a great team that makes the process as smooth as possible. I would absolutely work with him again in the future.
