Our Mom's Restaurant & Bar

I want to start out with great service, my server, Hailey, was great and helped me pick items on the menu and was more than helpful with my questions. Also, the atmosphere of Our Moms was very nice and was a wonderful environment However, the food did not live up to expectations. I ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich and was thoroughly disappointed. The Buffalo flavor was not there and I could taste the lettuce more than I could the chicken. The fries were very soft and had no crunch. Overall the entre was not very good. I also ordered the cheese fries and boudin egg rolls. The egg rolls were fine but the cheese fries suffered from the same thing the side fries did with the entre. Lastly, dessert was OK. The Milky Way Pie was very good, however the Molten chocolate cake left a lot to be desired. Their ice cream was not satisfying and the cake was dry and sand-like. Overall I will likely not be returning for the above items but I have yet to try their burgers. 5/5 Service 1/5 Food 4/5 Atmosphere

The burger was great, but the $1 charge to add onions was unexpected. Server didn't even mention it, I only noticed it on the bill.

Our first time here. Not to busy for lunch. Service was a little sluggish, but we did not mind. The food was good and portions were plenty.

Terrible experience on 3/23. My husband and I came to this establishment sometime in the mid-afternoon. Our waitress wasn't particularly friendly but we proceeded with our appetizer orders: Fried pickles and wings. When the food arrived, we each took ONE bite of a wing and did not like the taste. We politely asked the waitress if we could send the wings back and order another appetizer instead: fried mushrooms. She gave us a look and stated " I am not sure. I'll have to ask the manager". After some time, she finally came back and told us "He said "NO" but you can order the fried mushrooms though". We swiftly cancelled our entree orders and asked for the check. We tipped the lackluster waitress and left. I take issue with coming to tell me what we can order as if we aren't aware of this already. I take issue with the lack of professionalism and curt response. I take issue with the poor service in general. We will not be re-visiting this establishment and will be spreading the word about our experience. Be blessed.
