The food overall was mediocre at best on most days, what really got me going was the fact that they charge one dollar for house made pickles on a burger. Keep in mind that the regular pickles are free but for some reason they justify their existence for these one dollar house made pickles and only gave you three small slices, this is absolutely ridiculous. If that company can justify a one dollar expenditure for pickles that were barely the size of a quarter and 3 small slices at that I can only speak of the fact that it must be a very selfish CEO and ownership. I would not recommend this to any family or friends pick another location when looking for a burger. Per the reply from the manager, I reached out to them that following day per the request. Have yet to hear back from them. This just seemed like a lazy attempt to save face.

Showed up for a birthday lunch, had multiple tables that had recently left but they didn't clear the tables. Came up to the podium to tell us we would have to wait at least 15 minutes due to how busy they were even though only half the tables were being used, people that were seated before we entered didn't have drinks, I told them we'd be willing to wait but could they at least clear a table so we could sit as there was no seating up front available and the person pointed to the bar area and said we could sit in there, I was not taking a minor into the bar area to wait. Worst service ever. Went to the one near blue bayou and had the best service ever.

So first off I want to say the bartender did an amazing job not only was he making the drinks and serving the 4 groups at the bar he was also taking care of at least 2 tables in the corner which unfortunately is where my problem came in. I placed an order at 6:20 and received an email that it would be ready at 7:22 I got there at 7:20 and was told they didnt have an order for me once he looked at his tablet he realized it was because he didnt confirm the order so after waiting 45 mins I had to wait an additional 20 to get my order as I said I dont fault the bartender I fault the fact that he had way too much on his plate!!!
