I was referred to this place by my PCP for a reevaluation. I have called over 10 times since before New Years in order to schedule an appointment and unfortunately have never been able to contact anyone other than their answering service. At first I was told it was due to the holiday season, which I completely understood. However even well after, I felt as if I was running in circles trying to get ahold of someone. I completely understand the transition of working from home due to COVID, however 10+ calls to a facility with no help after leaving my information multiple times and being promised a call back is a little ridiculous. If this facility isn’t accepting new patients, it should be noted for all patrons inquiring about services. I’m not entirely sure where my information kept getting lost in translation, but I sincerely hope the company implements a more conducive way to get in touch with their patients. I think I speak for a few when I say its already a daunting task to reach out for help in this subject matter, it shouldn’t be anymore difficult than that. Respectfully
