Got a call on my birthday. It's taken months bur this facility and its medical director, Dr. Khan are being investigated for 2 violations of HIPAA against me. There are a lot better facilities that will be a lot more thorough than spending 15 minutes with a patient to make a judgement call without obtaining any necessary information about that patient's medical situation. I am in need of surgery. This doctor became so concerned after getting a subpoena for my medical records after he behaved this way he panicked. Know your patient.

I was incorrectly diagnosed by the staff psychiatrist and given medication which was detrimental to my actual diagnosis. Also unbelievably overpriced for the therapy and care that is offered.

Me and my parents were going through a rough patch my senior year and we didn't know how to fix it and they thought sending here would help, i dont know why there was nothing wrong with me but its not like this place couldve told me that. From the begging it all felt so fake, the talks the words they said it all felt like re read dialogue, soul less almost, i actually felt worse attending the classes and one on ones its funny cus one day we just watched movies didnt even talk. Total joke, were rude, tried to scare you with drug tests, ha, yeah right, and the price was insane!!! i actually made fun of my parents for paying for that cus it was such a waste of time. If someone you know is truly going through something and you don't know what to do please dont send them here!!! Total airheads only worried about a paycheck

I was referred here for an all evenings substance abuse program, which was where I needed help. It was 3x week for 14-15 weeks, which I felt was a bit too long but went with it. At first, it really seemed they actually cared and wanted to help. I honestly found out this wasn't the case, as they only talked about going to outside support and didn't provide any kind of aftercare. I called and emailed MULTIPLE times and got no response, yet they continue to take the $$ from my insurance and the $$ I gave them for my portion. I don't recommend going here for any type of treatment as they don't give you the tools you need to be successful or any real kind of help whatsoever. They're also extremely disorganized and I've heard they've been quite unprofessional to others as well. Best bet is to find somewhere else.
