Everyone has been so amazing to work with. We are at ease leaving things in their hands. The lady we speak with each time is such a pleasure. She is very personable and beyond knowledgeable without making you feel stupid for asking questions.
Point of reference: We have had 5 procedures which required the lab and communication with the lab. Every single interaction was a positive experience, even during extremely emotional times or with not so positive news.
We are so beyond grateful for everyone at Ovation!
