This place is an absolute joke! Today is Thursday April 13th. Yesterday I walked a mile and a half to see if I could get treatment for a extremely sore tooth. The tooth needs to be extracted and is causing me a tremendous amount of pain. When I arrived I was met at the door by a nurse and a security guard. I was informed that the clinic was under-staffed and they could not see me presently. I explained to them my situation and the pain I was in the nurse told me that the clinic would be open at 7:45 the next morning and for me to come back for treatment. I got up early and arrived at 7 to get treated quickly so I could go to work once the procedure was completed. I again walk over a mile to get there. When the opened I was first to enter. Immediately I was asked if I had an appointment. I explained that I was instructed to come back at 7:45 am. The woman handling the dental patients was rude and that I was a walk-in and they were not seeing walk-ins that day. I explained to her my situation and she could care less what I was through and just rudely dismissed me. My advice is not to go to this place. They all seem to hate their jobs and take it out on the patience. I'd be willing to bet that anyone in that office would be crying like a baby if they were going through what I was going through and they would have walked right in and got treated. They just don't care apparently!

Was not called for my telehealth appointment. Twice. I call the next day to mention it and the nurse hangs up on me immediately.
