I went to Plank Road Auto Care because I heard about it from a trusted friend. He said not only is the staff professional, but the facilities are immaculate. Jared and the guys over there really take the time to make you feel like family. Its not a come in get your service and leave without anyone talking to you about your vehicle other than to get payment. When I left there I was told about my worn tires and what caused the premature ware. I made an appointment to return in 2 weeks to get the front end tightened up, an alignment, and new tires. All I can say is this is the place Im going to bring all my vehicles from now on, and if you are in need of a trustworthy, clean, & quick auto repair shop, you would be doing yourself a disservice by not giving Jared and the good fellas over at PRAC a chance to be you car repair place!
