From the time we walked in the staff was focused on helping us find the perfect mattress for a GREAT night's sleep, even if it meant choosing a less expensive model. There were no hard sale pitches, they just allowed the way our body felt on the mattress speak for itself. Great Experience. We can't wait for our mattress to arrive.

From the beginning of having it it has been More comfortable sleeping on the floor. Randomly tried again and it deflates in the middle of night, caused major back pain couldnt walk in the morning, never had previous back issues.

Im not one for writing reviews. But here I go! We purchased a sleep number bed back in October and we exchanged it within the 100 day trial. So we thought we were upgrading to a much better mattress we payed more money for the climate 360 and thought we would try the split top king, worse decision you fall in the middle if you roll toward the center and it feels like a deflatable air mattress. Looks amazing online. Called to see about returning for a refund since we have tried 2 separate ones and are not satisfied. I was told once you exchange the second is final sale. I was told to try to find another number to adjust the bed. Steer clear of SLEEP NUMBER
