At our visit we received a couples massage for our anniversary. The ladies were great. They focused on areas that we discussed with them in the beginning and engaged in conversation with us. Very relaxing and would visit again.

I booked this place accordingly for the 5 star rating. My husband and I anniversary wow this would be a great experience I thought. As we traveled we noticed we would be late because of one lane traffic I called at 1ish to see what we could do because we would be late. Well the receptionist said call back to update me. We got to our appt 15 mins late, ugggh I didnt want to lose my deposit of 115, so in between her texting the manager and answering phones another 15 minutes passed, we left sadly she apologized and said how sorry she was, only to get a phone call that morning retreat spa wanted to make it right, can yall come in Ill give you all the same service you booked for FREE of charge. Well we agreed happily, got dressed, offered wine etc. we booked an hour well we got 30 mins of a rough massage and a half azz sugar foot scrub it was rushed. Went to check out a candle all but to found out we owed for this service the original reception was gone could not find her to keep the promise of what she spoke over the phone. Horrible wasnt happy. I paid I didnt want to argue but will never be back!!!!!!!!!!
