Christmas Decor Baton Rouge

We had the owner come look at our house for Christmas decor & he was super nice & reassuring that everything would be fabulous.then he ghosted us. We called him several times. I texted him as well. He finally answered one of my calls & quickly said I will call you back in a second & then I never heard from him again. He is so nice but very unprofessional to offer your services & then ghost someone. Super odd.

We used them to initially re-do some existing beds and I had no complaints. However, they are impossible to get In touch with and they failed to honor the 1 year guarantee on plants that started to die (and eventually died) within 6-8 months of planting. I would not use them again. We are now using Tiger Landscapes and they have been awesome to work with.

I highly recommend avoiding Pennington landscaping. They are impossible to get ahold of because they do not answer their phone or respond to email. It took them three months to acknowledge I was trying to stop my service. If they spent five minutes a day on the phone with any of their customers, it would be much better than it is now, because they certainly aren't "spending all day on the phone." Not to mention my lawn looked terrible during their "service". So bad, in fact, that I paid a second landscaping company to actually maintain my lawn. For me, lack of communication and a poor quality product are the reasons I will never consider Pennington in the future or recommend to any of my friends or family.

It was a very frustrating experience working with Pennington. They do not use the phone or email, and do not accept credit cards. They will only mail you a statement that you have to pay by check. This poses a problem when you move, because they do not answer the phone or email so they just keep billing you when you are trying to stop service. I would not recommend them based on their lack of technological (basic) skills and lack of communication.
