        I placed an order 5 days ago. I received an email confirming my order and was told that I would receive notification when it shipped. I presume it hasnt been shipped yet because I did not receive that confirmation. A representative phoned me this morning and apologized for the delay and offered to ship overnight because they did not meet my expectations in an effort to make it right. Good customer service is the mainstay of any business and they certainly adhere to that policy. I will order from them again. After all, everybody makes mistakes and they stand by their customers when it occasionally happens.

        I had been shopping around online for some new gas lanterns. I came across Parc Lighting and saw a lantern that caught my attention. I emailed Parc Lighting to answer a few questions about the lantern. I was truly impressed with how quick they responded and answered my questions. I placed an order for 2 of the lanterns and I can't wait to receive them !
