        10/10 everything was as perfect as it could be when dealing with this case... Wasn't perfect on paper, but they got it done irregardless... When the extra mile when it wasn't even directly beneficial to them... And always AVAILABLE and there when I needed them from beginning to end... Ty

        Hands down the best plaintiff Law Firm in the business! They dont waste your time and honestly do a lot for you without calling you 100 times. They will keep you updated in the case & will call when needed. They listen to you and get you the help you need! And when it comes to depositions/RFP when meeting with other attorneys for questions, Rusty has your back and will go toe to toe for you! He is right beside you during questioning and will speak up if needed, he listens to every word being said and he will call out the Defendant attorney in a heart beat if he feels necessary. Dont stress yourself out he will talk you through the whole process and will explain it to you like you are sitting in a 101 class! I would highly recommend Rusty and his team to anyone!

        got into a car accident while outta town in june 2022 . seen a sign on a bus stop for accident lawyers , called went in & gave them all the information. it was my first time having something like this happened so they made the process so simple & easy . they kept me updated with my case & had everything settled september 2022! they are the best!

Bianca is known by his family and friends as “Rusty.” Rusty didn’t follow a traditional path into law, and it is his atypical background that makes him the approachable, tenacious attorney he is today. He is a lifelong resident of Baton Rouge and comes from a blue-collar, working-class family where his mother was a state social worker and his father ran a small construction company. As a teen and young adult, Rusty did difficult, hands-on labor for his family’s construction business, and he was the first in his family to go to college.
