UNProfessional consultation: There has been a most unpleasant damaging irresponsible action or result after my successful sale of a real estate lot I used this firm to establish ownership of, after the ownership issue was resolved, a matter of sales was rendered Josh referred a local realtor within 2 days of posting there was offers all muct lower than my desired listing. I had offers before the judgment of possession and co-owner agreement I SOLD MY PROPERTY the realtor was still in for a commission there was LIENS they were paid at time of sale but here's the MAJOR ANOMALY after all was paid and I request a hard copy of distribution of proceeds and my remaining sum of the sales funds and 4 days after sale Josh ask to meet me at a local bank for my remaining balance he came to the bank and informed me the bank could NOT perform the transaction and that he would meet me on the next day, that day came & he informed me he would be to busy to do as he said and would follow through on Monday the next week, ON MONDAY HE TXT AND SIDE HE WAS WITHDRAWING FROM MY CASE AND THE CHECKS IN THE MAIL FROM THAT DAY TO THIS GO TELL....

Im very pleased with this law firm. Ive utilized both Josh and Greg. Josh was great, knew his stuff, easy to get in contact with and a pleasure to work with. Greg also represented me and he practically held my hand through all of it. He was so easy to get in contact with and was very knowledgeable. He knew my case in and out and he was determined to prove my innocence. This firm is ran by attorneys that genuinely feel for their clients and undoubtedly want what is best. Im so grateful for Josh at Akers+Melder and cant thank him enough for everything he did in my child custody/support case.
