        Great customer service! We had a mini split unit installed and we are very pleased. Marc made sure it was properly installed and made it look neat on the exterior wall. He even took the time to show us how to operate the system. We plan to hire him for annual maintenance on our home and rentals.

        We came home to a HOT house in the middle of a nasty heat wave. I called Marc Randle and he showed up within the hour and got to work diagnosing the issue. Someone with less experience might have suggested a more complex fix, but he was able to determine that the control board was malfunctioning. A short while later, he had our AC back running! He was very quick to answer any and all questions we had and his work speaks for itself. I recommend his work to all of my real estate clients as well as family & friends. Services: A/C system repair, Install thermostat
