Bell tech came out to fix ac that had issues on our new build. The next day the parts came in and the following days they came to install new parts. Everything worked out great, they were flexible with our schedule. Would I call them back for any ac issue? Yup! Thank you!

I am disappointed with the hours of operation. No consideration for the Monday - Friday 8-5 workers. I have to take a whole day off from work to schedule maintenance which sucks

We had needed Bell to come out and reattach our vent stack after it had come off of the furnace. Initially they were not available for 3 days. They were able to call back later and got someone out that same day. The man who came (sorry I didn't catch his name), was very polite and handled the job with ease. Huge relief to know it was done right-before any CO2 went in to my home.
