If there were an option for zero stars, I would do that. They sent a team of two to my parent's home for what was supposed to be a deep clean. They did a pitiful job. When we complained they offered to send another team out to "do what they were able." When I heard that I told them we expected not to be charged and not to bother trying to fix the problem. I sent around 50 photos of the type of work that was not done properly and they acknowledged they had a satisfaction guarantee and they still charged my mother's card $380. I will be showing up tomorrow to dispute this problem. I've never been so disgusted in a company before in my life. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

Naleena was polite, courteous and professional and I was pleased with her work. I do have a question. Naleena was unable to remove the deposits from my glass shower doors. She contacted her supervisor who then had Naleena’s associate, who had been waiting in Naleena’s car to meet him to get a more powerful cleaning chemical that ultimately allowed Naleena to remove the deposits from my glass shower doors. Naleena waited 30-45 minutes to receive the more powerful cleaning agent during which she did no work. Will I bee charged for the time that she was doing nothing? Larry Bayer

My sister scheduled services for our home. We were scheduled for a 9-9:30 am arrival. Called when no one had come by 9:41, apparently the coordinator Pricilla decided to move our appointment to 3:00 pm without notifying us. No one is home at 3:00, as I told them when I spoke to them Friday. We can only do morning appointments with commutes to my son's Autism therapy daily. Service: Standard clean
