Two Maids & A Mop

I got the premium clean, and when I got home there was still dog hair and dust on half the surfaces and base boards. It looked like they just used water to clean my bathroom. They definitely didn't wipe the windows as there were still smudge marks where my dog looks out the window. The most I can say is they vacuumed my carpet and swept the floor. Truly awful. I spent the rest of the day actually cleaning.

I love using Two Maids! They are always polite, friendly, and most importantly do an excellent job cleaning! I am so glad I decided to start using the service, it is definitely worth it! Service: Standard cleaning

Unprofessional. The first time they half cleaned. Mis scheduled twice. Angelique never called back. I never received my reminders. Call center has sent messages for her to call as well. I overlooked the first cleaning and said I would give them another chance and its been hell ever since. They have potential but she needs an assistant or something because shes always too busy to fix the problems at hand. Its a hit or miss
