Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Staff were sweet and helpful, affordable rooms, breakfast was lovely as well.

We stayed one night late March 2024 and it was totally acceptable for us.
Here are the positives: the beds were clean, the employees were super nice, the location is convenient to the interstate, its really pretty inside and the breakfast was good.
Here are the negatives: the rooms could use some updating, looks like corners were cut (no battery in the in room safe, no regular coffee in the rooms [decaf only in the rooms-regular coffee available in the lobby], had to connect the cable box to the tv to be able to watch it, had to go to the front desk for extra tp, there needs to be a sign showing where the entrance is (the entrance is past a bank adjacent to the hotel).

Overnight stay was pleasant and staff were highly professional and friendly.
Rooms: Clean and pleasant
Food & drinks: Front lobby is clean with food venues.

Staying in this hotel was an okay experience with a few slight downsides. Nice layout of hotel with a elevator you can see the entire lobby through. Hot breakfast included and the breakfast was good. Would of been better if the sausage gravy was included every morning and not just one morning out of 3 I was there and had biscuits to go with them as well, not just the gravy. Plus the gravy wasn't warm when I went down as soon as breakfast opened at 6:30am. Rooms were clean and spacious overall. The only major downside to this hotel were the beds. They were so firm, that waking up from them caused me to have major lower back pain more than once no matter how I slept in the bed. Every other hotel I had, the beds were super soft unlike this location. So if you have issues with firm beds like me, stay weary of the beds here. Overall the customer service was great and had no issues with the workers here.
