        I made a reservation A MONTH in advance. A week before, it was canceled with no effort to help me find a new reservation. I am now very far from where I need to be. The customer service team was extremely unhelpful sending me to at least 5 different people. If the hotel service is anything like this experience... just disappointing. They should treat their paying customers with more respect than a last minute cancelation the week before a holiday! Planning ahead would have been more professional.

        THEY TOOK BOOKINGS/RESERVATIONS UP TO A WEEK BEFORE THEY CLOSED THEIR DOORS AND NEVER EVEN NOTIFIED THEIR PARENT FRANCHISE OWNER, WYNDHAM, UNTIL A FEW DAYS BEFORE FENCING UP THE HOTEL AND STARTING CONSTRUCTION ON IT BY THE NEW OWNER.
