Worst provider health insurance I’ve ever experienced. Holds payments to providers for over a year, and then forces facilities to bill the covered participants , who, at times, mistakenly pay for covered services.Can’t believe all of this isnt fraud and horridly illegal. Graft at its absolute worst. Can’t even begin to describe how awful this employer provided insurance is and that employees are forced to except for decent employment. Then when you call, repeatedly, and finally get through to a representative, they say that the covered service is in process, hoping that you just pay the bill to keep it out of collections. THEN they pay it. FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD. US government should be ASHAMED to allow this shyster health insurance company to function in this country. Can’t believe this company is still in business. Absolute FRAUD
