        I started off boxing with Coach Stew and decided to make The Stew Compound my new fitness home and its been great results since. I love the atmosphere, the community amongst the members, and Coach Stew has a great personality. Hes very personable and encouraging. In almost a month Ive increased strength, increased pace in running a mile nonstop, and lost a few pounds.

        I have been going consistently to The Stew Compound a little over 6 months. I have seen tremendous results during this time. I am over 40 and for the first time can do a pull up and chin up unassisted, which is a evidence that the workouts and the program Coach Stew has prepared are effective if you put in the work. Coach Stew gives you one on one instruction and will motivate you to achieve milestones that you didnt think you could accomplish. Definitely would recommend The Stew Compound if you want to see results.
