Girls in the office are very helpful and communicate very well. The mirror turned out beautiful. Technicians were quick and cleaned up after themselves

My car was vandalized on 8/3, so I scheduled an appointment on 8/7 with Capital Glass to have the passenger window of my car replaced. This appointment was confirmed. I called again the morning of the appointment to ensure the service would happen that day at the scheduled time, confirmed again. An hour before their repair technicians were set to arrive, they called me to say their warehouses didn't have the part available. I don't have a garage and the weather is hot and rainy this time of year in Baton Rouge. I find it completely unprofessional that Capital Glass wouldn't check more than an hour before the service was scheduled that the warehouses in fact did have the parts to complete the service. Unreliable, I wouldn't trust this company if you're in a bind.
