This company was hired by my warranty company to come and fix my air. Their appointment time was set between 3 and 8 pm. They arrived around noon. They did not call to say they would be arriving earlier than said time, they just showed up. Luckily someone was home. The guy went into my attic and then came back down and said "Oh, I can't fix that! Somebody messed with that. You need to call them. I'm not doing it!" He never attempted to diagnose the problem. He did absolutely nothing! He was real unprofessional and ghetto. He was more worried about whether or not he could use my phone number for personal reasons than whether or not he could repair my a/c!

They were fast and did a great job. They also cleaned up after they were finished. I would recommend them to anybody.

My home warranty company sent this company to me for my air conditioning unit. When he arrived he was on his cellphone (airpod). He's definitely a scamming dude. He charged me a fee to literally use my waterhose to clean out some leaves from the air conditioning unit. He did not place my water hose back in it's proper place. I'm a foster mom who was literally without air for 8 days! He's a smooth talking mf! But I saw straight thru it. He complained when arrived because he didn't want to be out all evening. I'm a teacher who leaves work at 3:40 and I explained my schedule to him. He assured me it was okay. This company is the most UNPROFESSIONAL business I have ever came across. I tried my best to get someone else to install my unit because I did not trust him or his crew to do it properly. However, the warranty company said he was who I had to go with. I watched his crew on my cameras from my job. They moved my patio chairs around and was propped up chilling (didn't even put the furniture back in it's place). Sure enough 3 days after installation of a brand new unit, my air went out! I text Marvin and he said he would come check it out....NEVER SHOWED UP AND I STILL HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM HIM! I called the guy I originally wanted to go with in the first place. He came out and fixed everything. He also showed me where Marvin's crew installed it wrong. Don't use this company!
