I'd been experiencing electronic gate issues and there were no reliable automatic gate repairers in the entire city of New Orleans. Thankfully, this Baton Rouge-based Team has a day each week where they are in the city of New Orleans.I called and spoke with Kala. She was VERY pleasant and quickly gave a preliminary diagnosis of my gate issue over the phone. Next, she took my info and put me on their New Orleans schedule. Within 10 minutes, one of their techs called - Zach. He was equally polite and helpful. He immediately set up the plan to come to my home to diagnose the gate issues in person. He confirmed my address and also advised that he'd call a few minutes before the appointment time to let me know he was inbound. On the appointment day, Zach arrived as planned and introduced himself and his crew member. They worked efficiently at dismantling the hardware and resolving the gate issue. Because I had to leave, Zach called me at the end of the day to let me know the status of the repair. He advised that there would likely be two more appointments to completely resolve the gate issues. We scheduled the next appointment and then he left. When I returned home, I found that he had left the area neat and that he also reassembled the gate in the interim so that I could have limited gate use. On the second appointment, Zach corrected some preexisting issues as well as began to install the parts he ordered to repair the gate. As with the 1st appointment, he ended the day with leaving the area tidy. He advised that only one more appointment would be needed to finalize installation and placement of the electronic gate lock. On the third appointment, Alfred (one of the owners) was the lead person. He was professional and took the time to listen to me about concerns that I'd had with the gate. He checked Zach's work (which was impeccable) and also installed the gate lock. One other thing that I thought was top notch is that Alfred spray painted the repaired areas AND some places that were in need of a few sprays too. This gave the gate a professionally finished look. He also asked me to come out and test the newly installed equipment to ensure that the gate opened/closed to my satisfaction. Overall: The services from All Tech Automatic Gate Specialists were truly outstanding! I highly recommend them to anyone with gate needs in and around New Orleans, Baton Rouge, and surrounding areas.

I lost the remotes to my gate and called All Tech to purchase new remotes. I was initially impressed, as Kala was very personable and got someone out that same day to look at my gate. Unfortunately, it went down from there. I waited days w/o hearing back from anyone. When I followed up, I was informed that the rep who came out was on vacay and took his notes with him. They apologized and said that they would get back to me soon. I wound up having to contact them again, asking for a price and time frame. They apologized (and were very nice, I might add), explaining that they were short handed and were running a bit behind schedule. I got a call that afternoon from Kala w/another gentleman in the background (I don't know his name). They stated that my gate was a European model and finding remotes for it wouldn't be feasible. It would be best to install a new receiver and purchase two remotes to go with it instead. They sent over an estimate, and honestly, the rate for the new receiver and install didn't seem to be unreasonable based upon my research for similar service. My friend suggested that I look online quickly before taking All Tech's word for it and see if there are any remotes available. A 5minute google search lead me to the remote that I need to purchase. The distributor sent me the model # based upon the gate I had and suggested that I order it from Amazon. I received my remotes today (Sunday) via AmazonPrime and spent $50 w/bkup batteries. Moral of the story: They are a friendly bunch, but do your homework!!!
