        Completely UNPROFESSIONAL! They utilize pictures of women and do not EXPLICITLY inform them that their pictures will be used for promotional purposes of Eleven XI. Security is not secure and will allow ANYONE to sit/stand in the vicinity of PAID sections and they dont verify if the section has been paid for! They wrongfully charge for bottles that were not ordered if they recognize you. Management does not offer any assistance in the event issues arise. Staff is not organized and wrongfully targets patrons they think are willing to pay for something they did not order.

        LOVE. THIS. VENUE! The new owners are extremely friendly, professional and accommodating. The venue itself is like none other in Baton Rouge with a great esthetic, cool lighting effects, and strong sound system. Anytime you're able to catch an event here, GO!
