        The Superior, WI job is a T&M job (time and material). Cable runs were done twice bc of lack of communication with them and if you were to call in sick, even though every morning they have a safety meeting stating if you feel sick for any reason, call in and don't come into work. However, you are written up for calling in sick, and if you have three call in sicks/being late/leaving early, you'll be written up. Counter intuitive. Poor management/ignorant Southern old fashioned owner/CEO, etc.
