        I ordered an Air Purifier. When it came out of a "Little Debbie" box, cut to fit the product. I opened it up, no box, no booklet for use, nothing other than a used air purifier.  It is missing a charcoal filter and the plastic filter frame that holds it in place. I contacted this company to complain about the used product and missing parts/filters. I am disappointed at their post purchase support - None.  "Sorry, no refunds" they said it was used in the advertisement. I checked. Yep, it said "USD". WOW, I thought it meant US Dollars.  Cheap trick Real Deal Shops.  I was mislead, and I am only happy they only took me for $45 +$20 shipping.  I hope no one else gets mislead and tricked like me, because you will get no customer service satisfaction. Buyer beware.
