Campus Federal Credit Union - Perkins Road Financial Center

Called 3x for mortgage info i. e. Heloan, heloc, refi and never got a call back. The rep took all of my info and said she would have the mortgage dept reach back out to me. Its been about 2 months and I still havent heard from a rep. I was shopping around and had gotten pretty decent rates/approvals from area banks and credit unions. I have since finalized a loan with decent rate and have a closing date. I will also close my account with campus federal. Unacceptable.

Was once very nice but has removed all their drive thrus in favor of ITMs which are worse and don't give rolls of quarters which my apartment requires.

Stated I could open an account online, even talked with her on the phone, and emailed her. Now she wants me to physically show up..WHY DIDNT SHE SAY THIS IN THE BEGINNING!!! I sent this lady documentation AAAALLLLLL the information she asked for and still cant get my account to open

Absolutely not customer friendly. I have been attempting to pay my credit card ahead of time due to not having cell service at my RN job most of the time. A supervisor in loans named Jennifer R explained to me when I pay one month my  counts that month even when I make 2 or 3 payments. Had my mortgage friend look at my account and he saw all the extra payments and suggested I talk to Campus Federal about giving me a CS favor by deleting the late charge for August considering I Mae 3 payments in August beginning on August 8. Most unprofessional rude treatment I have ever received. Jennifer will not attempt to help,return calls at all. I grew up in a State Farm Insurance family being taught the customer is always right and to go above and beyond for people as my family always has. I'm an RN and am always told the patients LOVE me because I apply what I was taught with them. They always request to see me even when I am not their nurse. My mom's brother was an Alumni of the Year at LSU several years ago and they use Campus Federal. He suggested I speak to someone else. I am also a member at NeighborsFCU which I highly recommen! Excellent customer service at NeighborsFC!U! Do business there instead.
